I had 5 colored pencils in my bag. This is what my brain came up with. Considering my limited resources, I'm pretty pleased with the results. 
Also, I had not looked at a picture of Rosetta in forever, so I realize there's alot wrong with her look. I was just going off what I remembered, :ie brown hair, pink dress.
